ESA Foods processes milkfed veal at the slaughterhouse Exportslachterij Apeldoorn (ESA). Food safety is a hot item for the slaughterhouse and it has complete control over the slaughter process. The slaughterhouse operates in accordance with the IVI®-quality and information system and the PVE/IKB guidelines and is ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC Global Standaard - Food and Halal certified. The slaughterhouse operates according the ISO 14001 (environment) standard.
