These products find their way to the wholesale and retail trade, food service and meat processing industries in the packaging desired by the customer. Customers can definitely turn to ESA for a unique experience. The premium veal brand Peter's Farm is produced exclusively at ESA.

Quality is a key driver of ESA. This means that ESA is serious about ensuring food safety, animal welfare and sustainability at each stage of production. To demonstrate this, the company is certified, among others, for IFS, BRC and ISO14001.

ESA is part of the Dutch family-owned company, the VanDrie Group. The VanDrie Group is globally-oriented, but works locally – with companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Germany. The VanDrie Group is characterised by chain integration: the company has control over all the links of the production. Its various subsidiaries produce veal and beef, animal feed, raw dairy materials and calf skins. The VanDrie Group also trades in dairy products for industrial use and assists dairy farmers in rearing their calves.
