Vitender

A beautiful, deep pink colour, more bite and slightly heavier meat than regular veal; that's Vitender. Vitender is the young rosé veal of ESA.

The meat comes from calves aged six to eight months. The unique taste and characteristics arise from the feed being slightly different than with the other meat concepts. Vitender has competitive pricing and is easy to prepare. A perfect product for commercial kitchens, catering companies and the meat processing industry.
